Hello everyone. This is my lastest creation. I thought of the idea on a whim with the intent to add more emotion and movement into my artwork. I used myself as the model. Posing for it was rather difficult, since I had a short period of time to contort into position before the camera went off. It took numerous tries.

All of it was done on Photoshop, and the background was changed several times to get the layout I wanted (I'm not as good at backgrounds as some artists I could name). It was a lot of fun doing and I paid extra attention to comments made on my previous artwork. I focused heavily on my lighting and cast shadows. I also worked on my textures, layers, and movement. All in all, I'm pretty happy with how this turned out.

I do intend to revise this, though. I want the revised piece to have a more elaborate costume and more details on the ruins. But I felt that this version held it's own. So, I'm going to have two of them. Please, oh please, tell what you think about this piece. Is there any part bothering you? any recommendations? suggestions? what works? what doesn't? Go ahead and make as many comments as you wish. I would really love some feedback.

I'm sure several of you are looking forward to it since I'm a frequent critiquer on the forums. Here's your chance. If you were wondering where I've been lately, the reason's right here. Enjoy.
